Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. Full-service customization from industrial design and circuit development to private-label branding — backed by our in-house R&D and six in-house product lines.
What is your MOQ?
Portable power stations from 50–100 units; home ESS from 10–20 systems depending on model. Deep ODM projects are negotiated on tooling and R&D scope.
Which cells do you use, and what is the cycle life?
Brand-new Grade-A LiFePO4 cells with full traceability; core portable models deliver 6,000+ cycles at 80% DoD.
Which certifications do your products carry?
CE, UN38.3 and RoHS as standard; TUV, CEC, INMETRO and FIDE available per product line and destination market.
Do you customize plugs, voltage and packaging?
Yes — EU/US/UK/AU/ZA plug standards, voltage variants and market-specific packaging and manuals are part of our standard OEM scope.
What about lead times and logistics?
Prototypes in 2–4 weeks; mass production 25–40 days depending on order size. Sea (LCL/FCL), air and express available with FOB / CIF / DDP terms.
Can we visit the factory or arrange third-party audits?
Welcome. Factory visits and audits by SGS / TUV / Intertek-style third parties are supported, with full QC records available.
Do you provide after-sales and warranty support?
Yes — warranty terms per product line (3 / 5 / 10-year options) plus technical support and spare-parts coordination for distributors.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM at Ruihan?
With OEM you bring the design and we engineer, certify and manufacture it to spec under your brand. With ODM we design the product for you — from industrial design and circuits to packaging — built on our six in-house product lines and mature platforms such as the T-5T portable series.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Functional and pre-production samples are available, with prototypes typically ready in 2–4 weeks. Sample costs are credited back against your first bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C, PayPal and Western Union are accepted. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; long-term partners may qualify for tailored terms.
How do you control quality in mass production?
Automated production lines with in-line inspection, a 100% aging test on every portable unit before packing, and full lot traceability from cells to serial numbers. Third-party audits (SGS / TUV-style) and factory visits are welcome.
